Situated along the iconic Fuchun River, this high-rise residential project in Hangzhou showcases a meticulous integration of CIVRO’s advanced window and door systems. Engineered to meet the demands of both aesthetic refinement and environmental resilience, the project employs CIVRO's XW80IN, XD80OU, XWS90IN, AIG, and UCP series, demonstrating a perfect balance between design innovation and structural performance.
The two-tone finishing applied across the project's windows and doors highlights the precision of CIVRO’s manufacturing. The exterior utilises CIVRO’s powder coating technology, known for its durability and resistance to weathering, while the interior benefits from the company’s proprietary MED surface treatment. This combination creates a cohesive external façade, while allowing customisation inside to match the homeowner’s aesthetic preferences, achieving a functional yet elegant distinction between the two environments.
Given Hangzhou’s humid subtropical climate, specific technical challenges required robust solutions. CIVRO’s systems were chosen for their exceptional performance in areas of water-tightness and wind pressure resistance, ensuring the building withstands seasonal rainfalls and strong winds from the nearby river. The design also includes advanced insect prevention features, a critical requirement in this riverside location.
Key to the project is the extensive use of large glass surfaces on the river-facing balconies. These expansive window and door configurations are not merely a design statement but are engineered to provide maximum visibility, light penetration, and structural integrity. The high-performance glazing systems installed enhance both thermal efficiency and noise reduction, ensuring a comfortable living environment regardless of external conditions.
