A 130-Acre French-Inspired Escape: The Six Season Vacation Manor Framed by CIVRO

The architectural concept of The Six Season draws inspiration from the rustic charm of Southern France - open courtyards, earthy materials, and façades that invite the changing moods of the seasons to play upon them. The manor’s designers sought to dissolve boundaries between indoors and outdoors, turning every frame into a living painting. To achieve this seamless transition, the project embraced CIVRO’s AD80FD folding door system. Its precise engineering allows wide openings that erase the distinction between private space and the natural world outside. The XW65 arched fixed window, with its elegant curvature, captures the soft contours of the surrounding hills while complementing the traditional stone textures of the manor’s façade. The XD63SS_65 + XW65IN sliding door and inward-opening window combination ensures spatial flexibility, allowing natural ventilation and unobstructed views. Meanwhile, the XD63_LS65 lift-and-slide door paired with XW65OU outward-opening windows provides effortless operation and superior insulation - a key factor in maintaining comfort throughout Huangshan’s dynamic seasons. Each system not only performs to the highest technical standard but also narrates a design story — one of proportion, materiality, and light.

The surfaces of The Six Season’s aluminium systems are treated with CIVRO’s exclusive MED surface technology - a proprietary finish that transforms metal into a material of depth and emotion.
